I was charged a $22 after hours fee for whatever reason without my consent, I took the U-Haul back about 12 hours before I was supposed to, and the next day I was charged $22 for after our fee,

The pickup was disastrous and took over an hour due to uhaul website outages. The location and worker were great but uhaul itself was completely useless and took forever

BETTY HThe truck was old and had a lot of miles on it. It drove fine but the rear cargo door was hard to open and the ramp was difficult to use. Overall it was fine but older or weaker people would not have been able to use it.
