ZACHARY RRight side windshield wiper was broken and did not work. Passenger side window was down and it had rained so that side was wet. Truck made a creaking noise when you turned the steering wheel.
RICHARD HThere was a missing equipment and I had to pick it up from a different location. Everything else was great at this location. I appreciate the staff that helped me with all this.
SANDEEP NMuch like the U-Haul app, this survey is not structured very well. Don't ask me about only the locations I dealt with. The pick process was a complete failure. When I arrived at the pickup location and tried to check in I was told I had to call U-Haul. The phone representative was very helpful but it became clear that the vehicle I rented was never reserved correctly. That appeared to have been the fault of the location. I was given a larger truck for the same price. The rest of the check-in process is obnoxious. I will never rent another truck using this process, Will only work with a person. For example, during the check-in you are instructed to enter one of five different verification options, I chose the alternate contact name and phone number option. It states that person may get a phone call for a reference or something? My wife got a text but never got a call. U-Haul has a lot of work to do to refine that process.
DONALD MLocation is hard to find a person that was working was very rude. Told me to be quiet.
NANCY MEasy location for picking up a truck. Staff was very friendly and professional. Note: location didn't have an appliance dolly available which I had ordered so I made do without it. It would have been nice to have that information beforehand.

Eric MHad a drop off location set and in place the day before, and a few hours before drop off, they switched the location to somewhere in Lansing. Just annoying that they changed up on us and the lady on the phone was being super rude and hung up on me.

STEVEN RCheck-in on the app was a nightmare. The last page where the payment was accepted would not continue. I made 6 phone calls to the help line. After 30 minutes,I finally got a customer service person who would take payment and give me the box code for the key. Once I input the code for the box, the fine motor dexterity it took to open the lock in the pouring rain was immense. It finally opened ( in the middle of an intense downpour of rain) and I was able to get the key. Overall, not a pleasant or efficient process. I suggest digitalizing the boxes that contain the keys for REAL!!!! Your system is not user friendly for people that have arthritis, or hand disabilities.

JOANN DI was surprised that I was charged for extra mileage. I thought I had unlimited mileage in my agreement. This wasn’t condemned clear.
Scott SI would not recommend this location to anyone. They are not open when they say they are going to be, and the 24/7 set up was not ready. It was almost an hour late getting my uhaul. the first time I used them, I had to drive to another location 20 minutes away because again, they were not prepared. They put a dolly in the back of the vehicle, which immediately slammed into the back at my first stop. Causing much fear and almost an accident. I got in the uhaul and it was continually beeping. They could not figure out why, so had me call their support manager, to find out it was only the parking break on. You would think someone one site would have realized that. I called uhaul directly when the vehicle was not ready and no lockbox, and their only solution was for me to drive somewhere 30 minutes away. This is unacceptable when. most moves are already on a very tight timeline and there are movers waiting. After three uhauls rented in the last month, and problems 2 of the times, I will not be using them again.
Ronda WI got frauded and overcharged and they won’t fix it.
Makenna SKensy and Brendon went out of their way to provide me with a 10' truck. The U-Haul website was slow so Kensy expedited my check-in process and got me on my way in no time. They were both very friendly and helpful. I would recommend their location which is very convenient off of I-69 and I-69 business loop.

Jim SI went in a day before to make sure the truck I wanted to rent was available. Everyone there was very friendly and said sure thing. The next morning I get a call saying they had given out my truck to someone else. Stuff like this should make a business. Not qualify to work with U-Haul.
Jeremy WThey didn’t check the equipment back in for 2 days. I don’t like getting calls asking why I haven’t returned the rental equipment that I turned in over 2 hours earlier than required. I will never rent from this location again.

Lorna MI went to return the truck during normal business 1700 hours and it had a sign on the door that said I’m in the ring the ring doorbell. I did and didn’t get an answer. I dropped the key in the box as instructed if no one was there. Two days after returning the truck I get a phone call asking when I was going to return it. I informed the individual that called me that I returned the truck the same day. About 45 minutes later I received my receipt and was charged for 2 days and the safe move coverage, which I denied.
Kenneth MThe guy who checked us out didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t go out and inspect the equipment for help hook it up. Wires were frayed. When we dropped it off in Traverse City the experience was much better and they said they never should have let us take it with bad wiring

Gene RThis location did not have the two dozen moving blankets that were included in the order. We did not have the time or budget to purchase them elsewhere. Unfortunately, the condition of some of the furniture suffered.

DAVID SI had a reservation to pick up a rental at 9:00am. The facility opens at 9. The employee showed up at 9:20. No apology or acknowledgment that I had been waiting. The van worked out great, no complaints, so I would have no problem renting here again and hopefully their attention to opening time improves.

Barbara MUHaul Corporate attempted a bait and switch with the cost of my rental and, without notifying me, attempted to change my pickupup location to a faciity 100 miles from me. The best thing about Uhaul was the local dealer. The corporate practices were reprehensible.
Johnathan FHeavy traffic on that road is a problem for exiting and returning. Suggest that you have the township put in some kind of blinking red light to control traffic.
