Crystal BMy u-haul experience was a nightmare from start to finish. I was at 4 locations total, and East Main Mini Storage was the only location that actually helped me and provided the service they promised. The only issue was with setting a drop off location; I ended up having to take the trailer an extra half hour away because the staff “couldn’t find” any of the two locations in my town.

JIM HNothing to improve. They were very helpful. Didn't take long to get the truck. They had it warmed up and all checked out when we got there. Great job and experience. We will rent from here again.

Leonard Wgot charged an extra day i did not use the truck and trailer. because of the weakend i got charged for another day not my fault but i had to pay for it. i was told at other location i had to take it back when they were open and i would not get charged another day i told them what i was told at pickup location nope your still goig to get charged for another dat. ive had problems with this location before they charged me on my debt card after i paid in cash i did get the money back a week later it over drew my checking account never got that over draft fee back it was like screw you. IM tempied to file a complaint with BBB!!!!!

Todd TI reserved a 20’ truck a week in advance. After spending 2 hours on the phone trying to get logged in to pick up the truck, (because for some reason there were two accounts for me, with two separate numbers) there was a 26’ truck waiting to go. Which would absolutely not work. So, I was left with the choice of nothing, or a 10’ truck. Which now would double my trip. You can see my frustration. Why should I have to come out of pocket for someone else’s error? U-Haul should eat the cost of half of my mileage I drove for this reservation. There shouldn’t even be a debate. Also, the difference in the fuel left when I dropped off versus when I picked up should be refunded also. If you would charge me to put gas back in it, you should refund me since I was courteous enough to leave more. I don’t see why your current gallon rate wouldn’t suffice. Would you agree?
