I reserved a 20 foot truck. When I arrived the 20 foot truck I reserved was not available and not at the location. I had.to take the 10 foot truck because it was at that location, the super 8 in Romeoville, and available. As much as I was inconvenienced with having a to use a truck half of the size I originally ordered I much more concerned about being charged for 20 foot truck and being given a 10 foot truck.
