the van needed a backup camera. it was difficult to maneuver it in reverse. The cargo box should have been swept clean. there was small gravel inside it. otherwise it was nice rental

They are a storage business which had only 1 10 foot box truck but that’s all I needed. Customer service was efficient, professional while being personable a rare combination in this day and age. Please tell the owner and manager thank you for hiring a vet and an amazing individual!

Have the utilities ordered by the customer rather than sending them to multiple different locations that dont have them either. Really inconvenient, timely and costly experience for me.

The staff was great to work with. He was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was with the reservation system, not the staff itself. The system allowed for an overlap of reservation time so I needed to return truck earlier than planned. It all worked out however.
