Not all lights worked, I had to get the tail lights working after I hooked to it and pulled away and checked them at a gas station. Also, these trailers need jacks. I hurt my back picking this heave bastard up to put on my receiver ball. I'm a good sized man and it was difficult for me. My lower back has hurt since Thursday morning when I hooked it up. Put jacks on these things. The lady in the office was awesome.

DAVID SThe only thing was . When I got the uhaul it was on a quarter of a tank of gas. When I took it back there was almost a half of a tank. But I went over on the mileage like 3 miles and I was charged for it even though i left it with more gas than it had in it. If a customer goes out of there way to put that extra in then there should be some incentive for that customer . That is what you call a good customer relation . Don't charge your rates if they done good for you

Stefania CNeed a truck/car to just get around U-Haul was great for my errands good on gas because the gauges was really cool would recommend for an easy way to commute. The shop is family owned super friendly and helpful with getting same day truck then had a coverage that wasn’t needed and got resolved by customer service and with honor do love the 20 dollars a day best price out there to just get a ride.

BILLY DMade reservation to pick up truck Saturday, Nov 30th at 0900. Arrived pickup location at 0910 and business was closed with sign on door stating to open at 1000…contrary to website reservation. Frustrating…

TERESA BYour system was down as I was trying to pick up the rental truck after hours. My pick up time was 5:30 and I was not able to get through to uhaul and get the truck until almost 8pm ! Very frustrating to wait in a parking lot and wait. Especially since I only needed the truck for about an hour!
