The dispatch should have known better than to change my pick-up location to another U-Haul Facility who did not open 2 hours after my intended pick-up time. Nobody was there when I was scheduled to pick up the trailer early in the morning. Manager had to come in which caused more delays on my schedule. They were still helpful. Also very challenging to drop off the trailer. It required multiple maneuverings just to back the trailer into the original spot.

Received updated trailer hitch. Placed hitch over tow bar and released the lever. That was it, trailer was hitched. Next, attached hook & cable to each side of tow bar body. Finally, plugged in three pin trailer light harness. That was it. Less than two minutes. No chains, no mess, and no fuss. Five Stars ⭐️

Scott JungEmployees had very bad attitude also not inviting when you walk into the building. I had to ask after a couple minutes of staring at the Employee if they were busy and got a very negative response. Never asked me once if I could help. Also the place has cats in the front lobby with cat food and water bowls all over the place. The place smelled and they also smoke cigarettes inside the building. I would not recommend this location to anyone. This was my 2nd time there in the past month and I will no longer go to that location.

Rickie WorrellThe inside of the building smelled of excessive cigarette smoke and was not very clean. I was there for over 30 minutes at pick up time due to the computer freezing and they finally call someone over the phone and proceeded it that way. I had to give additional information since the person over the phone did not have my drivers license in front of them such as a contact if I did not return the trailer, where I worked including a number for them. I think this information was unnecessary. I returned the trailer the following day around 310pm left at 320. I realized around 5pm that I may have left my prescription glasses there. I went back to see and they said they had thrown them away because they found them in the parking lot and they didn’t want them to flatten a tire? They threw them away in the outside trash vs inside. The ear piece was off, but it snapped back on and the lenses were not cracked or broken. They could have called me to ask if they were mine. I can’t imagine that they had an excessive amount of customers in the 1 1/2 hours. Additionally, I was told to wear a mask to enter, but none of the employees were wearing them. I will not use this location again.

Once there, the man improperly attached the trailer, leaving the safety chains dragging (one chain subsequently fell off) and didn't know how to connect the lights, so I had to do that myself. Not happy with this experience.

I had terrible experiences trying to reserve on line (could not accommodate my requirements) and reservation kept switching trucks and locations. Even calling toll free number was awful. Work directly with vendors. They are great. Forget doing it on line!!
