Store was not open even though it indicated it was open on Saturday's. Uhaul communication was terrible. Took over an hour for a couple of customer service staff to assist me in securing truck. Definitely need email prompts at 24 hours before and again at 1 hour before rental - clear, step by step process for getting key if store is not open. Very frustrating. More frustrated at Uhaul than I am at Eastown. I think Eastown has a good business (but please take down sign that says open on Saturday's)Terry J.

I had requested furniture dolly's for moving some office furniture. I assumed they would have them and they did not. That was very unfortunate when I was relying on them to move heavy furniture. Please make sure your dealers have whats needed and if not do not offer it as a option.Mykah S.

The truck was great. Clean, and worked very well, but it only had 3/4 tank of gas when I got in. I mentioned this after filling the tank upon return, but it was brushed off. That probably cost me about $20. I also ordered a dolly online ($7) which was not in the truck when I got to my destination. This was VERY inconvenient as the filing cabinets I needed to move were heavy and difficult to move. I mentioned this upon return as well, which was also brushed off and I was told it could be refunded online.JAMES ANTHONY W.

Truck only had 12000 miles but had a very noisy exhaust leak. Would also be desirable to have cruise control on the truck (it was only the small 15' truck, not much larger than a full size 4 door pickup).Thomas V.

There was no one there on returning the trailer. Mt husband waited for half an hour and no showed up. Some pInters helped him remove it from the truck. Never using them again.then he charged us 80 some dollars extra. No wayTerry V.

Very nice, professional team. Easy to go in and talk through the rental (was my first trailer rental). I was surprised at how clean the trailer was. Nicely made unit as well with aluminum floor and hinges. We had a lot of rain that day, and the seal held perfectly. I would recommend it.Dan B.

When equipment is returned and the employee says that he will check it back in, then that should happen. I received a call 7 hours after returning the dolly asking me where the appliance dolly was and if I planned to return it. Sorry to say, I had to give a bad report of an employee, as I had already returned it.art S.
