This is 2nd time I have rented Uhaul from this location. The staff are efficient, friendly and very helpful.
COREEN EIn the back of the truck, there was a metal rod that I have no idea where it came from or who left it there, but I moved it into the front seat so it would not rattle around in the back. I think that should have been removed prior to re-renting it.

DANIEL WI had reserved a trailer in Holland MI but 1 days before pickup I was told I would have to drive 30 minutes to Spring Lake to pick it up. When I arrived, the trailer was covered in snow and the dealer in Spring Lake didn't have the U-Haul receiver and ball that was on the order. He did have one that was from his store supply that was all most double the price of the 1 ordered on the U-Haul order. Again, I was stuck with buying it because I had no choice. Not what I would have expected from U-Haul
MICHAEL PWarn customers that rear bumper on truck is EXTREMELY slippery in cold weather and snow.

Edward TThe dolly that I ordered and was charged for was not on the truck at pickup. Also, I ordered the smaller truck and was automatically charged for the large truck because the small one that I ordered was not available unbenounced to me.
Allison CI needed a smaller truck than I had reserved and the guys at Easttown called their sister location in Spring Lake and got one for me and transferred everything. Flawless and a big help.

DENNIS Enot much parking for bigger trucks like I had. Had to park in grass by the trailers since I did after hours drop off and didn’t know where I was supposed to park. But not a bad location. Easy to get to. Just not easy with the size truck I had to drop off.

DANIEL DNot make the customer have to go through an hour and 15 minutes on the phone and waiting just to get into the U-Haul. Perhaps have the right U-Haul truck pulled out and ready for the client. Perhaps have your website working so that you can actually get into said Uhaul. Instead of relying on a website, maybe having face-to-face contact with the customer would be better. Both pick up and drop off were awful.
Byron DThe cab of the truck has trash in it from the previous renter and the trailer lights did not work on the truck. Each truck should be cleaned and inspected before being rented. Because the trailer lights didn't work, we weren't able to pick up our load share and missed out on $600.00

Heather FVery good UHaul location. Person at the counter was very helpful and attached to my vehicle. I wish I could say the same about the UHaul Trailer. It towed terrible behind my vehicle and make tons of noise. The roller door in the back is horrible and definitely needs to be serviced/repaired.
CURT RI have utilized U-Haul all over the country for moving more than I'd like! This was the best experience I've ever had. They immediately greeted me when I arrived, the equipment was ready, and they immediately greeted me upon return and disconnected the trailer. Thank you very much for the kind, efficient, and professional service!

Aaron SThe Uhaul app was extremely difficult to use. It kept freezing and timing out. It took me about 40 minutes to do what should have taken 5 minutes or less. You really need to address these technology issues if you intend to have it be so critical to the rental process.

Randall SOnly troubl we had was getting into the app on self return and trying to send pictures. Nothing wanted to send after nearly40 min we just left the key in the drop box.
randy wI spent almost 3 hours just getting through verification for picking up the vehicle, all to be told that I would have to come back during business hours. Which isn't why I rented it tonight purpose wise.
Jean FThis location is fine. We would rent from here again IN PERSON! However, use caution when using the 24/7 app after hours or on weekends to pick up the truck. We arrived an hour later than we had reserved the start time for, which was our fault. But the app cancelled our order since we were late, so we had to call customer service to get it reset in order to get the keys.. We were then given the code to the wrong set of keys through the U-Haul app. We knew because when my husband tried the keys in the truck with the matching truck number we were given, the key didn’t work. So he tried the key in the other trucks on site and it worked in a smaller truck that we didn’t reserve (it was a truck that someone else had JUST returned and they had put the keys in the key box). It took a couple of phone calls to get things straightened out. Customer service line was great. Very friendly and helpful. Finally got it all sorted out after about 45 min. Our requested furniture blankets weren’t in the reserved truck. They forgot to put them in there. Nothing could be done about that at this point. The company later refunded our money for the blanket charge in the original request. We would rent here again in person…but not doing the app again to pick up. Too many variables to go wrong on an already stressful moving day.

Michael CI was charged for fuel even though I refueled it. It was at 5/8 when I rented it which isn’t even a mark on the fuel gauge. I did my best to replicate it but they still charged me for fuel.

GEORGE FI did call the rental location and had to leave a message and it was never returned. When you stepped on the brake it make a noise inside the truck. Also the cup holders were broken.
