I experienced poor customer service through inadequate instructions/communication at pick up. The truck was “clean” in the way that moving trucks are, but it made concerning sounds as if it was due for a tune up. It did not inspire confidence. I was also not informed prior to pick up that they didn’t have the dolly I requested. I would have preferred to know that before hand.
