Truck is busted up. Driver door would not close without slamming. Interior was dirty. Had empty packs of cigarettes, candy wrappers and bits of trash under seats. AC only blew if you turned it up to high. Truck was parked on a hill above the car lot, which is gravel, and not easily seen. Most rental locations make it stand out. Bumper was messed up, hole punched in side of truck. It drove fine. I've rented many of UHauls in the past and this was the worst truck for appearance. Also time of business said they open at 9 but nobody arrives until 10 or 10:30? Yeah weird.

There was no one on site when we arrived. We tried to make it a mobile pickup but it wouldn't work. It took multiple days to show the vehicle returned (I haven't checked to see if that's changed today). I had to use the chat so they can put a note that we returned it well before time to and that the key was given to an employee there.
