JOAQUIN BVery easy to do business with this location. It’s been quite a while since I rented a U-Haul truck. They explained everything. And we’re very accommodating when I had to reschedule my reservation a week latter.
KENNETH Geverything when perfect. I even added on a hand truck after the reservation. It was in the truck when I got there. smooth. the truck inside was not clean, but it was okay. turning in, the lady told me a different route to get to her, to same extra miles. VERY PLEASE. Pastor Lonnie

RUTH FLocation was closed the day before the drop off day and the drop off day, was charged for an additional day of the trailer rental. This is not right if facility is closed there should be not charge for additional days,

DANIEL NThis was NOT supposed to be the pick up location....BUT I had NO choice but to go here,because the Uhaul truck was not delivered to the original pick up site on the date ir was reserved for.This issue needs to be fixed.This caused me to waiste and hr to go, then another to come back, then to have to load tge truck, which made me late on returning the truck , AFTER HOURS. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED.

IZEL TThe agent in Arcadia went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were very upset that our location got changed 24 hours before pickup to a location one hour away. The agent arranged for us to pick up the truck the same night which was such a big help because our move was early the next day.
