Worst place to rent from. I waited for an hour and a half to get truck they didn’t explain anything on contract and were unprofessional

KEVIN MVery diffuclult location to find with no U-Haul signage visibile from the road. Attendant called the day after drop off and was incredibly rude in lambasting me for not folding furniture blankets after I had just completed an exhausting 3 day, 1,200 mile cross country journey with 5 family members including a handicapped child, plus 3 pets. I have rented U-Hauls for 30 years and never been asked to fold furniture blankets before so I obviously didn't think I'd need to do that. Being reamed by this person over that while I struggled to get my family settled in a new home at the tail end of our relocation was absolutely ridiculous and compeltely unprofessional.
AARON TInterior of truck did not seem cleaned from previous user. Dog hair everywhere. Maintain clean interior to improve.

Demond MOnly issue was the truck was out of alignment. Don’t know if the steering wheel was off, or the actual alignment of the front wheels. I only used the truck for 15-20 miles, for a couple hours. So not a big deal at all. Everything else about this whole transaction was perfectly fine.

Craig PI thought the brakes on the vehicle could use some attention. The vehicle also sounded like a cement mixer at highway speed . I am sure the local agent would not have noticed these things during a quick turn around of vehicle rental and moving the vehicle from one part of the lot to the other. Otherwise no problems. Gas mileage was better than expected. Thanks.
EDWARD KKey was not in truck when I opened truck. The whole process of trying to get into the truck was horrible and took way to long. I've never had problem with uhaul buy I always went directly to uhaul never a 3rd party. Definitely will not be going threw a third party again

DERRILL DMy original reservation was at a location down the street (Storage King). I had to cancel because they failed to open at the time posted. This is the second time that happened and I will never rent from them again. The folks at Easy Stop came thru.

Eloy CI dropped off the vehicle one full day early so they could make money with that extra day and they still charged me for being short one blanket pad that I never received at pick up location, no wiggle room here
BRYAN BI forgot the lady’s name that helped me but she was extremely nice and helpful.
MATTHEW BIt had a strong cigarette odor (hard to police smokers I'm sure). The suspension system seemed to make strange knocking noises but drove fine. Breaking was very nice and smooth. Driving the 10' truck, as would be expected, was like a driving a boat but still fairly easy to maneuver. AC worked excellent in hot late June Texas temps. No problems or issues to really squawk about.
Roberto AWhen I called to rent this truck I chose the location nearest my home. When I went to pick the truck it was in a completely different location miles down the road. Very frustrating.

Ron CTires on trailer were bald. I had a 500 miles trip and it made me nervous. No help hooking up trailer to my truck.
