A lady called me from this location leaving me a very I felt rude voicemail I do know I left the truck and not the keys because I was not going to allow anybody to check the truck in with me not being there she didn't have to be rude about it overall she stated that she doesn't like doing u-haul so I don't feel that she should be doing U-Hauls. I give this place a -0 on satisfaction.

maree aThe U-haul website was down so I had to find a location. On google this location said they were open. I had to leave so I took the truck there. They did not have anyone at the location who knew how to check in the truck. I called I-haul and they told me they would note the account n that I dropped off on Saturday. I was charge for an extra day on Monday. I called this location and talked to Denise who was rude and did not want to help me. I asked her why they advertised to be open on Saturday but had no one who could help uhaul customers. She just got mad gave me the uhaul 800 # said she couldn’t take the charge off. I will never go to that location again and you should strip them of uhaul since they can’t even check in vehicles! Plus they are rude. I use uhaul a lot and this really upset me!

RILEY GWe reserved a truck at the I-27 location for 8am pickup in Amarillo. We called to confirm our reservation the day prior to pickup and were told the the truck would be at Washington st location and would not be available until 10. Poor service and truck was bug smeared all over like it had not been washed in weeks.

John DMy main complaint. I was not told you would charge me a fee to make credit card payment $13- ridiculous Went approximately 16 miles in it and used hardly any gas and that fee was over $11. Guess $20 a day for rental was too good to be true. Won't do this again

Mary BMy frustration was that we were told that we could pick up the u haul at 10:00 and the customer that had the truck didn't even have to return it until 10:15 so we had to wait until he was finished and didn't get the truck until 10:45.
