Location is disorganized and no one is there nor do they answer the phone. I got charged for a truck rental I was not even able to pick up.

Booked my rental for 4pm and headed over in a Lyft to pick up truck. Upon arrival the store was closed although it says they close at 7pm called and spoke to a woman who said they just left but would turn around and be there in 5 mins. LIES I sat out there for 55 minutes waiting for her to arrive and at which I booked another Lyft to go back home but as soon as I was getting in the car she pulled up oh and remind you I had my toddler child with me. Worst experience ever and to top it off it was the same when returning but good thing they had a drop box and I had my husband following with my vehicle. Definitely call before you go to ensure someone is there. Oh and the rental truck had lots of trash and debris in back so I had to clean it before I used it.

I will never rent a truck from this location again, all the truck have been broken in to, i took a truck that had to return because had a flat tire another truck was missing the outside key lock from the door, the sun visor was broken and the right turning signal wasnt working and the truck cab and box was dirty, not only dust dirty but kids toys all over the cab.

Great staff with amazing customer service. Clean vehicles and great location close to bart. Very welcoming and the smoothest and best uhaul experience we have had and I've used over 20 uhauls over the last 10 year. Ill definitely be referring this loation to friends and family!! Thank you

Staff was very helpful. Reserved a 20 Ft. truck when we went to pick up U_HAUL, not Easyship, would not allow renting the truck because of the distance; if it broe down it was too far for a tow truck. So we had to rent 2 10 foot trucks. One of trucks had low tire light on and the other truck leaked oil all over both driveways.

RUDE RUDE RUDE. Poor customer service. Screwed up the rental - failed to have the haul we ordered - then lied about the mix up - would NEVER recommend them. They had the nerve to try and charge me for service not provided

Keep an agent on duty at all times. When I went to return the truck, there was no one there. I had to wait for 30 minutes for an agent to arrive to help me check out.
