I really can’t answer the questions about the drop off, because they don’t apply. The signs at the drop off were a bit misleading, simply because there is a UHaul sign at the storage unit gate. I drove over ahead of the rental truck and figured it out. It was hard to take the photos of the return because of the steep slope on one end and tight space, but we didn’t encounter issues. We did not deal with any personnel because it was a weekend/off hours. I can’t speak to “clean and inviting” because we did not go inside. It was a convenient location for us, most of all.
