Drop off location was a beauty pick up location was a whole different story! I don’t really wanna blame U-Haul But they can see the places reviews. 1. Truck was at quarter tank photos with time and location in the back, they wrote half! 2. I had my movers waiting for 2 half hours cause these dummies refused to come outside look at gas and help find dolly(had to pay movers 250$ then they left, which I would too probably had another customer and pick up location wasted all my time cause they refused to come out, give me a truck that’s blocked in! And they refused to move it again probably cause pf the cold and claimed they don’t know how to drive a truck 3. Because of their unprofessionalism I had to go waste my coolant ( Mercedes coolant) cause trucks that were blocking were frozen so I was responsible to play Lego with the trucks to get my truck out, meanwhile doing so I almost got hit by a car and almost hit one! They said it’s half a tank didn’t write it anywhere had mileage wrong again because they didn’t come out inspect the truck or look at mileage! Next day movers told me they will come but flakes cause of prior day! I took videos pictures with time stamps and their background, again it’s not uhauls fault but they chose who represents them! I don’t even wanna get started on all my broken items that are visible! Can’t wait to see my dishes and glass that’s been wrapped in a box

I did not pick up this truck. Someone else picked it up using my name which apparently no one looked into. Must be some kind of scam, waiting to see if uhaul will fix it.
