WENDY GI had a little difficulty at first getting the same rates I found online. However, Alex helped me obtain the same rates when I purchased the uhaul in person. I really appreciated his patience and understanding. I wasn't over charged and the uhaul was cleaned and well kept.
LATISHA SOffice location difficult to find. Once I got the keys to the truck and drove to the lot I was unable to open the lock box and had to go back to the office and get the attendant. Parking lot where truck was located was hazardous for any vehicle to drive on. My nephew walked across the lot to get the truck as I didn’t want to drive my automobile on the lot. Area where trucks located needs repairs
