It's an awkward location to park the U-Haul. Another person had parked their U-Haul a bit uneven, so it made it difficult for me when returning mine. There were no personnel, because it was a weekend, which is understandable. I would have appreciated a clearer sign on where the location was/where to park because it was in a plaza and I drove by it the first time. Their location had a very small sign with their company name. Parking seems limited. If one person parks bad, it shorts a future customer. Not really sure how to fix that issue. I did like the convenience of how close it was to return.
