The location was far from ideal. Initially looked abandoned with a locked gate (Uhaul vehicles were present). The one person there had no idea about the uhaul service and it was his son who managed that but was not present. He was called and said everything's done on the app which I was not aware of until then. I could see other people not being so diligent and becoming more frustrated than I was.
