ALEXANDER JOur emails and texts showed this was the correct drop off spot. After driving 20 minutes to get there we were told we were to drop off at another place that was 20-30 minutes away. We were given the 1-800 number to call and change locations. After being on hold for 5 minutes I spoke with a person that placed me on hold again and after about 10-15 minutes I figured out how to go on line and switch the drop off location. The customer service and the 1-800 leaves a little to be desired. Wasted a lot of time having to change drop off even though our paperwork showed Eds bait and tackle. Little frustrating.
Todd JNice location, the cashier we called when we dropped off the trailer didn't speak very good English...somewhat of a language barrier, but apparently, he understood us well enough. He checked the trailer in later.

Michelle CSeems the works don’t care about the U-Haul rental. They were all preoccupied with alcohol stocking or just walking around behind the counter instead of helping customers in a fast manner. I waited in line just to get to the counter and be told he doesn’t do that and the guy who handles U-Haul (who wasn’t doing anything) Would take care of me. Trailer smelled like trash though it appeared clean. Returning the trailer a guy was spraying wasp spray all over the fugal key return box. He didn’t care that I was about to drop off the trailer and continued spraying all over the place. Luckily I didn’t get stung by any of the wasps or get any of the wasp spray on myself or my truck even though I was 15-20’ away from him. After I unhooked the trailer he came over, opened it up, and never said a word to me. Cell service is poor in this area making the app nearly unusable. Verizon service on my phone. The facility. 2 gas pumps I stopped at were both broken and wouldn’t allow me to pay at the pump. I planned to buy a few other things from the store but ended up going to the gas station down the street instead. I didn’t tell anyone there any of this because they didn’t appear to care.
David DFrom the start, this was not a great experience. I had to drive 40 minutes out of my way to pick everything up, because the location I picked wouldn't have both the trailer and the auto hauler. This location was not clearly marked. They did not have all the items I ordered (furniture dolly) and we had to ask multiple times for them to remove it from the bill as they didn't seem to understand why we didn't want to pay for it. The extra chain on the auto hauler was broken, which we didn't find out until we returned it to a location in Texas and they were SHOCKED it was sent out like that -- which keep in mind we had driven it like that from Tennessee to Texas.
KELSEY SThe guy’s charge was different than the one I made online and he wouldn’t budge on it. I requested that he call UHaul to solve the discrepancy and he did reluctantly. They said he was charging me for an extra day and they fixed it. Not sure I trust this place: I had to help the guy move/roll the trailer in the specific spot he wanted.

Laura VThis location tried to tell me to come back at 11am. When I had made a reservation for 8am . Even called day prior to confirm truck was there .. also did not have either of my dolly’s .. which made loading packed full and unloading a 26 foot truck difficult for just my self my wife and my 14 year old daughter … I would have you speak to this place and try to correct things ..

David GThe U-Haul trailer I received had a leak in the door that soaked my storage boxes. I wound up having to dry off storage bags and plastic containers after a long drive and with time I couldn’t really spare but had to do. Since my destination is Florida, I will have to return and repack the boxes before they mold or mildew. This is the first time I have had any difficulties with a product of yours. The gentleman who checked the trailer out to me was not very helpful or communicative. He became confused when my phone could not handle the check in process. Once again I have always found your other agents very knowledgeable. Finally, I returned my trailer to a closer location that was not given during check in. I stumbled across this only by asking the young lady at the storage facility I was at after spending my limited time drying my possessions off. It would be a great option to know the closest return site in the future.

RICHARD LFirst off I go inside and he shows no trucks being picked up… he calls someone and then ask for my DL i also show him my confirmation number and he tosses a key on counter and that’s all. He advised receipt would be emailed shortly. I was in a time crunch so that was perfect. My son and I walked to back of building and I took pics around the truck and lifted the door and we were immediately knocked down by the smell of burnt marijuana!!!! The inside had trash, a broken tie down and 3 smoked blunts. In my online rental I paid for 12 blankets and he didn’t have any. I then climbed inside the cab and it was clean but smelled like an ashtray, I had to ride with window down for the entire ride. It only had a quarter tank of fuel but luckily I only had to drive a short distance. I only needed the truck for approx 3.5 hours and when I returned to Lenny’s storage in Leb the young man pulled up the info and advised they also charged me with 3 dollies which I never requested. I didn’t receive any receipts until after the truck was unloaded and on my way to drop off. I’ve used u haul several times in my life and never had a problem until today. This is a zero star rating and will not use again if this is how I will be treated.
