I will never go back to this location. Walked in to get my rental and wanted 15 min before I had to say hello. And finally got help. I even had time to take a quick video while I waited. When I finally get my rental it looks like it has been in there back lot for 6 months. I opened the unit to see pine needles every where.

These guys are scam at the drop off. They charged me full day rental charge with insurance fees by 4 hours delayed and that too their mistake. Because I called them on Saturday many times and they were closed and no one answered my call also google shows the location closed so I didn’t return it on Saturday however on Sunday morning agter talking to Uhaul representative on chat, Found out that location is 24*7 so I right away went ahead and dropped off the truck. However now they charged me $57 for just 4 hours . This is scam that Uhaul is doing.

francisco vJust the Best Experience I've ever had as I have been driving over 55 years with no accidents and had a fender bender with a large car trailer which ble2 a tire and damaged a fender. They responded in super fast time and had me on the road to pick up a new trailer close by With no charge to me. They made a bad day a great day ! I so appreciate everyone's attitude! JOHN OCargo area was not clean. It was not open when I arrived. I called the number on the door and the employee answered. He arrived 15 minutes later on his cellphone. Once inside, he was pleasant and apologized for not being there. Service was good and he backed truck out for me

Oded EI waited over an hour for my truck. The price quoted was not the price upon arrival. It took 90 minutes to get it straight. I missed an appointment as a result. The PC in the office kept freezing so the contract was printed remotely and sent to the office. The clerk did his best to resolve the issues. Not his fault at all.
