I canceled it seven days ago and I still haven’t gotten my money back because of this situation you delayed my move, made it almost impossible for me so you understand I will never ever use your company again

Louis RFirst, GPS Navigation sent me to the wrong location three times. Second, the pleasant representative did not speak fluent English. A phone call was made to have an English speaker interpret the information and guide her on completing the reservation. Although, I was instructed to leave the key in the after hour key box; yet, I was charged a $20 after hour fee. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of $20.
