Wasn't a bad experience the lady that checked me in with my reservation was very nice and made the process pleasant especially because the computer started acting up and wouldn't update the information afterwards when everything finally got taken care of they had my pull right up and I think it might have been the manger was waiting for me with the trailer ready for me even hooked it all up for me and everything return was even easier had me pull in right away and even unloaded the trailer for me and on my way I went I give it a 5/5 rating and would definitely recommend and use again in the future thank you guys for my pleasant experience

Picking up our equipment (truck) and dollies was perfect. I did have a issue however. I ordered the moving blankets in advance and they were unable to fulfill my order, as advised morning of truck pick up. I ended up with scratched furniture. I ordered 60 and they only provided 18. This was frustrating.

Truck was disgusting. Filthy dirty. Barely c out the windows. Stunk immensely. It was horrible. Should be ashamed to have a unkept truck with low miles.

Drop off after hours cant give to much information. The drop box for the keys had a note on what to do with any other equipment. Not enough lighting for better pictures. This time I was with my grandson and he help me with the pictures.

Explaining the rates per miles prior renting the vehicle. I was told .89 for the dirt 100 miles then .49 after . Then the bill came too high for me, I wasn’t told the 100 miles resets every day so what was supposed to be for my Calc was $245 came out to $365 . $120 difference

Trucks need to be better maintained. Found a live roach in the glove compartment and the truck would shake between 40-50 mph.

This is the very first time I have had and issue with a U-Haul trailer. I left the facility, loaded my golf cart and noticed that the rear ramp gate was out up alignment and the entire trailer was twisted. We then began our trip to Disney. Upon getting onto the highway, I looked in the mirrors and seen that the trailer and golf cart were bouncing. Upon further inspection I could see that the trailer tires were wobbling and bouncing. We made it up and back, but I really had to keep it slow because of the bouncing trailer, max speed was 55 MPH. I returned the trailer and let the staff know about the trailer and tire condition. They deadlined the trailer, I also notified the Uhaul company directly.

They were extremely professional and polite. They even hooked up the trailer to my truck which no other uhaul dealer has ever done before. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I rented a 15’ truck out 10368.2 miles and returned 10390.2 miles. It is exactly 22 miles. Saturday they charged me 22.4 miles after the return. They charged my card Sunday and Monday too. I complained 3 times. The Monday invoice was from 22.6 miles. 22 miles isn’t 22.4 or 22.6. Period. I have the pictures.

Had a fantastic experience at this location. At the time of booking the unit, the staff as very helpful and informative. During the time we rented the unit the assistant manager Gina went above and beyond for us. Honestly without her help, it would have been tough for us. We thank you very much Gina. Besides having a mouse chew through some of our items and a few minor issues with staff attitudes and parking issues everything was fine. I would maybe recommend this facility in the future but I definitely think there needs to be better signage about where its okay to park and not to park.

I have had numerous different storage facilities, and this is hands down the best!!! Very clean and well maintained. The staff was always courteous and extremely helpful. My only complaint would be the vehicles that park just inside and around the entry gate. There were almost always vehicles that made it difficult to get in and out of the first building and or gate area.

Rat feces and urine ruined my $2,600+ sectional, dining room chairs, 5, and decorative pillows. Droppings throughout the storage unit and In packed boxes. The “climate controlled” unit clearly has issues. The glue holding the placemats to their base were melted w/ glue seeping to the top. The manager was rude and his solution was to say, “Sorry. I can’t control what other customers bring in.” That’s it?! Never ever would I have used this facility had I known there are RATS running about, even mice! When I asked to speak with him, he quickly rushed me outside so other customers have no clue of the filthy condition they’ll be exposing their personal belongings to. Unacceptable. I paid for storage for 17 months to dispose of really nice personal possessions for a “Sorry.” Photos available of this. Disgusting is an understatement.

The managers are the most friendly and accommodating people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs storage rentals and I would use them again time and time again. That's for always being so nice.

We have been at the storage for about a year and the facility is very clean, access to our unit was excellent, very well lit! There was always a cart available in the building for our use. The manager Blake was very nice, helpful and accommodating. He was available almost all of the time if you needed him. I highly recommend and will refer people to Ekonomy Self Storage. If I need storage again, I definitely will use this facility! Thank you!

I don't think it's right that they charge a full 30 days of rent, if a person moves their stuff out of storage sooner than 30 days. I only rented for 4 days of February, and they refused to prorate me for the remainder of February. I was very disappointed with that policy, and that they would not bend the rules. I don't recommend this storage for anyone, because their prorate policies are poor. This is unfair, and should be changed immediately.
