Weird location, trailer was dirty. Staff was friendly though.

TAMEKA WThe location was amazing the customer service at U-Haul is self is horrible. Chris should maybe look into a different position I will not be back I’ll rent my things from Home Depot instead. Would really appreciate a call back from someone who gives a crap from U-Haul about this experience. Again the location they where awesome but your rep was not
MARANDA OIn the cab of truck was a list of how to return the truck , an inspection list. All the owner did was take the keys and walked away. He did not check it in for 3 days after I returned it.

Michael SThe man who assisted me said that my dropoff location had been changed. I told him that I did not receive notification of the change. He said he would "do me a favor" and override the issue so I could drop off at his location. After some time of him on his computer, I showed him the digital receipt with his store name and info. Eventually, the man said he could change it to his location and we inspected the truck. Upon checkout, he said that the extra mileage totaled $58 and that our transaction was complete. I noticed his phone screen before he quickly switched it, and observed that he charged me over $100 (maybe $120). I confronted the man about not mentioning that he had overcharged me, and he explained that it was a late fee. I reminded him that I was on time. He touched his phone screen a few times and then told me he had waived the fee "for me". From my perspective, this interaction was an attempt to fraudulently take my money, keeping in mind that I do not know what he was dealing with on his end with the UHaul system and it may have been an error rather than deliberate. Either way, your system or your dealer was an experience that was dishonest and an attempt to steal my money.
Jenifer BBIG PROBLEM: We picked up a Load Share in Scottsdale, AZ UHaul. There the Load Share Trailer was leaking air. It was VERY obvious. They young teenager UHaul employee tried to pawn off this defective trailer. When I pointed out the obvious problem: he said "just keep watching the problem tire and keep inflating it along the way". I REFUSED to have such a NIGHTMARE trip! RELUCTANTLY and with bad attitude he switched out the Load Share Trailer. Scottsdale UHaul needs to better monitor their Equipment and better train their Employees in Customer Service. This took EXTRA TIME on our and and frustration.
Tyrone BUhauls info on drop off site was incorrect, location closes at 5pm when uhaul shows 6pm. No personnel was there to assist or show a specific spot to drop off truck and trailer

COMFORT GNot opening until 10:00 a.m. meant we lost the morning and it would have been nice to get the truck at 8:00 a.m. The first location we were going to pick up at was open at 7:00 a.m. but that changed when we wanted a bigger truck.
Dennis JDrop off the auto lot was closed. Was not sure where to park the 26foot truck. Tried to call customer service no answer. Finally got in touch with the Uhaul I picked up from. And was told to leave it anywhere I can and put the keys in the box. finally someone pulled up but not the owner and said to the park the truck in the back and he will give him the keys. I took the pictures and put the keys in the lock box.
