I had a great experience. This location guy is very kind & helpful. Even when he was closing still he gave me rental truck, explain me all charges for rental truck. The truck was well maintained & clean. He charged me as low as possible. Highly recommend this U-Haul location for a smooth and budget-friendly rental experience!

U-Haul had a bad leak and was full of water on one side which made it difficult to pack without items getting wet.
Brittany MI rented a uhaul truck and was very frustrated about the fact that I was charged $41.00 for something I don't even know what it was. I have not been able to dispute the charge because the phone has a busy signal.i would never recommend this company to anyone.
