The truck was nasty inside the cab and the back. Hardly any gas was n the truck. We were told one charge and ended up paying triple. Only had it 12 hes because the guy said it was reserved the next morning. We will never remt feom El Cheapo or recommend it tonanyone else. Very poor andrude customer service also. All of our things are even stinking because if the smell in the truck. Had to clean the teuck before we coukd even put our things in it. Very awful experience!

Have the vehicle ready at pick up time. Have the vehicle cleaned. The entire experience was awful for pick up. I had to wait 2 hours after my original pick up time and the vehicle looked and smelled disgusting on the inside. Customer service was of very little help. Also the price per mile jumped .30when I was given a discount for the trouble...

TRACEY CI had a great experience. This location guy is very kind & helpful. Even when he was closing still he gave me rental truck, explain me all charges for rental truck. The truck was well maintained & clean. He charged me as low as possible. Highly recommend this U-Haul location for a smooth and budget-friendly rental experience!
KENDRICK WU-Haul had a bad leak and was full of water on one side which made it difficult to pack without items getting wet.
Brittany MI rented a uhaul truck and was very frustrated about the fact that I was charged $41.00 for something I don't even know what it was. I have not been able to dispute the charge because the phone has a busy signal.i would never recommend this company to anyone.
