They charged me for a lot of miles that I didn’t drive. I opened a dispute and sent a picture of the miles when I rented and still they charged me $310 instead of $90. Watch out because they will steal you right on your face.

We were sent to a second location as the first location did not have the keys available. The second location was far out of our way and cost us precious time.

Note: this does not pertain to either location but experience overall. I went to pick up my assigned moving truck at a different location and was told it wasn’t available. I was in an extreme time crunch and arriving to learn that there was not a vehicle caused a lot of issues. It took what felt like an interminable amount of time, yes 17 minutes can be an eternity when facing a clock, to arrange a replacement truck, which is frustrating when everything was arranged almost a week prior. This did color my overall experience. Please note, if I had to review the shop where I was supposed to pick up my truck, it would not be very positive. Elegant Kurtz was amazing. Mouna (Muna) Smoke Shop… not helpful whatsoever and it was not Clean not inviting.

Call this location and ask multiple times if it’s okay to just drop off my rental there without having to change my reservation or anything like that. Multiple times they said yes it was fine and not a problem, even when i reiterated it multiple times to be sure. Now im being charged for a wrong drop off.
