Anything that could go wrong did with all types of unexpected delays. I missed the check in call when we were running late as well. But still, once we got there we still had a U-Haul! What a blessing!! I enjoyed the interaction He and my son had during our visit. It was brief but He took care of us. Such a gentleman. Highly recommend
