Business was not open I waited 40 minutes. Two rental customers were waiting we called the call center. The other customer was sent to another location and offered a $50 discount. I was told to just hook up to the trailer and go. Not showing in the paperwork was we had given two weeks notice but the trailer never arrived at the Leesburg location. So I had to drive 50 miles to deal with this location. Not happy

The fellow that I delt with was a great guy. He was friendly and took caution that the trailer i rented was hooked up securely.

I really needed a car hauler and was short on time to get one. I made a last minute reservation at this location. I was called almost immediately by Wayne who had just left the location. Wayne returned to the location and even fixed an issue with a cut wire on the car hauler. Wayne went above and beyond to help me. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing a UHaul.

This provider does not maintain their U-Haul vehicles. I was given a truck with a check engine on. Instead of giving me a different truck, he merely cleared the code and told me it would be fine. I drove from Florida to indiana with the check engine light on. The tow dolly was improperly hooked up, the truck blew a tire and the A/C stopped working. I would never recommend this place to anyone and they should not be allowed to rent equipment to people if they aren't going to maintain it.

Have everything ready for the rental, especially the furniture dolly that was not found and had to go to another location to pick one up. But the staff was friendly and helpful for everything else.

if you had a Small car yes but we had to stop evey every few miles to make sure the strap was on the tires .
