Had a problem with the equipment (dolly). When we picked it up, they checked the lights and all was well. When we loaded the car on the dolly to head home we checked the lights again and they were working fine. We drove 50 miles and then pulled over to check and see if everything was snug and hooked up ok after any shifting, etc. When we checked the lights again, the passenger side tail light was not working. We poked and prodded it and it still did not work. We had to drive in the dark and were very concerned that we would not be seen as well as we should have been seen. Also we were concerned that we may get a ticket for no light. That could have been a big problem but luckily it was not. We told the place where we returned the dolly about the missing light.

The trailer had a bad tire. The employees couldn’t find our reservation. Also placed an extra charge on our card which was never noted at the time of reservation. We were traveling 1200 miles with a trailer that had a bad tire.

RICHARD LI arrived at the location at 9am. The woman taking car of us didn't know how to use the computer very well. It took an hour to get us taken car of. No help outside with hooking up the trailer. Poor customer service.

LEE TI was sent thru the app to one location and they didn't have the truck. Then sent to the 2nd location where they had a truck. The truck was given to me not clean in rhe cargo area. Not filled with fuel. Had to drive it 2 hrs with very poor steering. Which made it not easy to drive. The ac did not work. And fla summers are very hot. I don't feel the pick up location over looked the truck before renting it out. Very poor service.

There are 3 other locations in the area I would send the next customer to one of those. NEVER would I recommend ELEVEN.

Emilio GThis location was fine. UHaul itself totally let me down. They notified me in less than 24 hours to pick up that they no longer had the equipment that I reserved. I had to drive 2.5 hours each way to pick it up at another location in Florida and that was only in thanks to your agent Deloris who was able to locate this one. It was like the Seinfeld episode "you know how to take the reservation; you just don't know how to hold the reservation:".

John mNot as clean as it should have been. I ordered 24 furniture pad. They only had 18 so I had to waste time going to another location to pick up the rest. In addition, this was not the location where I reserved the truck. It was a half hour away from the town where I reserved the truck.

Matthew WTire kept losing air. Stopped 6 times on my way up to put air in tire. Checked the tires before I loaded the car and it had only 20 pounds in it. So constant battle to keep it aired up. Cost me more money to pay for air at $2.00 and 2.50 for air at a gas station. People where I picked it up and delivered, were excellent.
