OMAR AIf the website lists the location business hours as open, it should be open, and it wasn't. Fortunately someone did respond to my phone call and provide me with instuctions on how to return the truck using the key box.

Edgar MFuel tank was completely empty on pickup, barely made it to a fuel station. Was not reimbursed for fuel on return when left with half tank. Fuel tank return line filter came loose on drive and spilled diesel over road, had to fix with ratchet strap but lost significant fuel not to mention dangerous to fix on the side of busy highway. Also the dolly i paid for was not there and even after providing photo evidence was not reimbursed. Terrible experience. will not use again
Dhan GThere was absolutely no direction what so ever on how to pick up the vehicle and when you call the number the person doesn’t pick up. I waited an Hour in the parking lot trying to pick up my U-Haul. The fact that it asks you for things that are not relevant to people is FUCKED. I don’t have a passport. Or a rental agreement or a job. So WHY are you asking people for that. I’m on wish for god sakes and needed this so bad. Not to mention that I booked movers through U-Haul and THEY DIDNT SHOW UP. It was one of the worst days I ever had in my life.
Ocean MI would have much rather used a pickup and drop off location that had an actual person face to face transaction. The vehicle was filthy with bug guts. The cargo area was okay, but still had debris from the previous renter. And they tried to bill me for fuel, but I had that situation resolved.
Whitfield LThese vehicles need more attention, wheel are out of alignment etc, the pickup and drop off process take to long and are not very clear. I prefer to deal directly with a person on pickup and return
Don DWhen booking let people know it is not guaranteed.. unit every bump service stabil track (abs) would come on
BRAD RNo instruction to complete the booking. Lock is so hard to open. when I called for help The guy who answered the phone (587-686-8336) didn't help at all, hung up the phone and didn't answer for my 21 calls.

Beaulah VWe went to pick up the vehicle but the app didn't work for the location, so we called the number and it took about 15-20 minutes to get contact with a person. Once we did the comment was that the app doesn't always work and to use the web page and I will stay on until you get it sorted. The representative hung up before we got it sorted. I ordered a 10 foot truck and got a 15 foot. The 15 foot truck cost more money for gas and $200 for the Ferry. Didn't get the location that we requested.

Leo DThis is a self serve location. I had trouble accessing the lock box that held the key. It took a number of try’s to get it open. The truck was muddy on the outside & inside the cab. I had to scrape mud & sweep out the box before I could load into it.
