Make drop off instructions clearer since the location seems to only be a gas station.

This is not the first location I had to visit to find a utility dolly. I was charged more for an appliance dolly that I didn't need. I would guess this location is great for a local move, but not for an out of state move. The gentleman was nice and tried to help me out. The truck was new, and worked great.

No problem with the agent. My issue was with the "reservation". I reserved a truck and a appliance dolly. The location said they didn't have any dollies and had not for a while. Apparently, reserved means it's reserved if it's available on-site. Inventory of dollies is not tracked so it's luck of the draw. I spent the better part of an hour being passed around from national to regional to a scheduler and back to national before someone took the initiative to call another agent and have them hold a dolly for me. Again, my issue is not with either location I dealt with. Rather the problem is the reservation system and the runaround that cost me an hour when my schedule was very tight. How can we plan a move with any confidence if we can't count on the equipment being available?

Truck was very dirty trash was in the cab. there was a dent on the side. I reserved 12 blankets none were available. The counter guy was great, very helpful

I was never given a check-out statement. I returned the vechocle and they just took the keys, no email, no proof that I returned the truck. Meaning I’m still responsible even if the vehicle isn’t with me since there is no proof provided to me upon drop off.

Very interesting rental experience. I've rented from uhaul dozens of times, I usually pick a location closer to my residence, but particular location had the larger 15ft truck. Usually, at the other locations, the rental vehicle has gas in it, when you arrive. Not this location, The truck was at 0miles till empty. This truck was fully empty and I had to wait 25 minutes for an available gas pump, in which to fill this truck so I can use it. I wanted to rent my U haul from 10 AM for 24 hours I was able to leave the lot at 10:30am..Why? This is Bait and Switch, they baited me with a certain pickup time and then when I arrived, they delayed my rental time by not have a ready truck. By the way, I work for a law firm. Hence this long-winded review. After delaying my time and allowing me to leave their lot at 10:30 AM, I returned the vehicle the next day at 10 and they tried to charge me, with a 2 day rental and an empty tank. A $39 dollar rental, magically turned into a 189 rental. I was charged for everything that they did not provide. They baited me with a promise price and then add it to it mysteriously the next day. I made sure, that they gave me the bill at that moment so they couldn't just add miscellaneous charges after I left which they wanted to do. I'm giving them an average rating, because the owner decided to retract the extra charges, before I got my firm got called. It could have been a 5 star experience, but I was baited and switched. Take from this what you will, but go in knowing, that when you arrive, the truck will be empty, and it'll be up to you, to make sure that you plan ahead, because whatever time you scheduled your pick-up, won't be honored.

The truck wasn’t in great shape. It had a leak that got out mattresses wet in the rain and the lock didn’t work. The location itself and service was fine and convenient.

The fuel tank was empty. I was told to return the truck with the tank 1/4 full, which I did, and I would be given a credit. The credit was $21.50, but it cost me $31.50. That will be the last time I get scammed by Uhaul.

the workers are wonderful people, Steve is an honest, kind, person, I respect him a lot, he always treats the client with respect. My suggestion is that when the customer brings the car back in a drunken state, charge a large amount of money so that he does not commit such a disgraceful act again.

Van leaked gas. Smell in the cab was awful and had to keep the windows open despite the heat. When I added fuel at the end of the rental there was a new puddle of gas dripping from underneath the filler. Attendant was courteous and said he would take care of it. But the prior rental surely had the same problem. Unacceptably dangerous risk due to inadequate maintenance/inspection.

They told me they are going to give me credit for $25 if I fill the tank at 1/4 and the tank was almost empty I spend $35 on gas and I only drove for 20 miles they charge me $38 at first and they charge my card again for $29

The air conditioning in the van we had would only blow through the defrost vents on the windshield. During the time we had it, ithe weather was over 100 degrees.

Best U-Haul experience I have ever had. I will travel far and wide to go to this location. I'm in customer service, let me tell you, 5 GOLD stars. Loved everything from the employee interaction to the extension (unscheduled) I was worried about keeping the truck past my original date.. boom, yall made me smile when I seen the receipt. Keep up the good work, and you guys please feel free to send this review to the people I rented it from

The truck was pulling hard to the right. I was almost in an accident twice. I tried to take it back to the place I pick it up from but the guy there told me don't bring it back there or don't call him if I have any issues.
