I was told to leave the trailer in a lot. There was no guidance with parking or offer to help with disconnecting trailer from my truck. I didn’t receive any proof that I dropped off the trailer.
PHILIP DThe location was difficult to find so perhaps a large sign near the road would be helpful. However, the manager was polite and patient and after I found the location, everything else went well.
MARK GU-Haul switched my location and cost me much more due to more mileage for pickup and drop off. I was very disappointed that this happened the original location I chose was only a few blocks from my house. The workers at the location I used were nice though.
BRIAN JUhaul is definitely a side-business for this auto repair shop. It does have a functional, large yard for drop-off but I wouldn’t describe it as an inviting atmosphere.

George FBAD EXPERIENCE. PERSON SEEMED BOTHERED BY ME DROPPING OF A TRAILER. MADE ME DRIVE IN A MUDDY LOT WITH MY VEHICLE. NOT FRIENDLY, WOULD NOT GO BACK. ORIGINAL DROP OFF LOCATION CLOSE TO MY HOME WAS CHANGED, HAD TO TRAVEL FURTHER. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
David VThe drop off was not a U-haul rental place and the only sign that it was the correct location was a key drop off box and a small sign for rental rates. I dropped the truck off after hours. I mistakenly locked my AirPods and an EZ pass in the truck. The owner called me early the next morning so I was able to pick the items up before they closed for the day. I am very appreciative of the owner reaching out to me. Also it was good that I was not charged an extra day for the after hours drop off

Michael Bordered 20 blankets, only 12 on truck. Additional blankets were found to complete order. ordered hand truck, non available or supplied, told that this was normal for u haul. This location was 20 minutes out of my way when there was a large Uhaul location near me.
Robert BThe pickup revealed how badly managed the business is. The fact that people can’t email each other reveals why your customers and employees have to spend hours on the phone to achieve a simple sentence. Also thanks for charging me for storage because you couldn’t pick it ip on time. You just bought a 1star on google reviews and Facebook. Good luck with your business improvement efforts-I will never use again

Julie POriginal location was 5 miles away, but I was switched to one 20 miles away the day before pickup. Truck was in good shape and ran well but not swept out. No hand truck available for rental, and no lock (which was attached to the truck in the original location.). Had to buy a lock.

Dominic VLuckily for me there was a person at the shop when I arrived, although it took several mins to find them, acutally for them to find me. I would have had a tough time trying to return it with the app. As stated earlier I like paper and dealing with people.
Theresa RDelivery was late. Communication dreadful! Pickup was early and before empty. Ray of sunshine was the truck driver/forklift operator. Very friendly and accommodating despite the schedule issues!
Burley CVan ran well and was great for moving a couch. When returning the "Check Oil Light" was on and an empty Coke plastic bottle (not ours) fell out of cab when refueling.
Charles BCharged me $1 per folding blanket , it’s crazy ! Called corporate and they told me to reach out to location , location tells me to call corporate , please remove my folding blanket charge !!

robyn dI was overcharged for the rental. I was charged a second day for the rental, dolly and cdw which I did not agree to. The Uhaul customer representative handled my concerns and promptly refunded me $105. I would not recommend Elite auto body since it would appear they are unscrupulous.

Gary LThe owner was a bigot against the Jewish population and the LGBT community. I had to put him in his place several times. He was making fun of the spelling of my name and how to say it several times and the meaning of it. All nonsensical things. The lights did not work on the vehicle but we had the lights on our other truck that was not his.
Sonya SI was told there would be a dozen furniture pads in the Ubox, however when I opened it up at home there were none. My Ubox was also picked up late from NJ and I was originally told that it wouldn’t arrive in UT until at least 2 days after the guaranteed day and that they hoped I wouldn’t mind. Considering I had planned all my activities and movers around that guarantee date, I did mind and made a fuss and I believe that was the only reason the Ubox made it by the guarantee date.

Robert GI did select the "clean" when I got the van because I was concerned about holding up my rental. However, the van was not clean. There was left over trash and dirty floors, seats and windshield. Not sure I expected anything more but since I have now been asked again.
Marijo MStrongly dislike their objections to my wearing a Covid-19 mask! The desk person constantly repeating "what did you say?" and "I can't hear you" was VERY unpleasant. Fire the desk person, and it would be a great location that I'd recommend.

Thomas AFriendly gentleman attended to my reservation immediately. I can not stress, however, unlike many who complain about their experiences with renting a trailer, I did what was asked of me beofre the pickup date. When the email says get your vehicle qualified for towing, DO IT. Simply call any Uhaul Center that offers towing inspection and they will ask simple questions to determine your ability to tow with said vehicle. When the email comes saying it is time to perform the Check-In, DO IT! Makes getting in and out of pickup location easier for you and the center. STOP BLAIMING THE PICK UP LOCATION FOR YOUR LACK OF PREPERATION.

DIORKA SWe are quite upset. One of the boxes leaked water and soaked 3 rugs and our furniture. We were able to recover the furniture, we had to throw out the 3 rugs!!!! They stunk so bad and we live in a condo so we had no place to keep them to show uhaul. Also the box location is 45 minutes away.
