Signage would improve. The location once I did go inside there device was working they had to call into to confirm what vehicle I was picking up. This process took over 30 minutes. Why was I directed to pick the vehicle up there when I requested to pick up from the location much closer to where I was using the truck. This added time and miles to my day taking me out of my way.

This site is under construction. The building is vacant. The parking lot was all torn up with barricades all around it. Instructions said the key drop box was located near the entrance of the building. It was not. I called Uhaul and they then told me that the drop box was located on a freestanding pole attached to a block of concrete on the edge of the parking lot. It was not. The pole was there with no lock box on it. I told Uhaul the box was not there and still have no reply or instructions 2 days later.
