The truck was dirty and clearly not cleaned. The front of the truck had food wrappers in it. The back of the truck had a bunch of dirt and debris. The truck did not have the dozen blankets it was supposed to have in it. The truck also had only one quarter tank of fuel. This may be within U-Haul's rules for delivery, but a quarter tank forces the renter to immediately fuel up. This is not good customer service. The truck was also squeezed back in a corner and clearly not prepped or pulled out to make a convenient customer evening pickup. I would say this location did absolutely nothing prior to me picking up this truck.
