ROY MHad to deal with the VERY UNHELPFUL desk lady who early that day acted like she could care less about helping me . Then when I rented the trailer from Elite in Starke Florida ( they were great by the way ) the drop location happened to be the same place I stopped earlier that morning and again the tattoo lady acted Luke I was the worst part of her day !! Good luck keeping people coming back to that location !!
CHARLES TThe owner of the location is rude and should not be a dealer. He has an employee who handles U-Haul and he was not interested in stepping up to assist. I told him I was wanting to turn my truck in and asked me if I had filled it up. I told him no and he snapped at me I was required to leave it full of gas. I told him no that I didn’t need to leave it full and he told if I was gonna argue with him I could turn it in else where. I called him by his name and told him I wasn’t trying to be difficult but I was told I had to leave the gas at the level it was when I picked it up and I had done that. He said well you know what I meant when I told you it had to be full to the level you received it. I didn’t understand that was what he meant, would you have? He would not even get up and walk up to the counter and show any assistance. He said leave the key and we’re done. I said I had extended my rental two extra days and needed to pay the difference, he said take my card and call his U-Haul guy later to take care of that. I stopped in the next day to see if I needed to charge the difference and he told me U-Haul would bill it to my card I used to rent the vehicle. Chris has a nice facility for business but compared to other local mechanics shops he has very little business, and I know why now. I will never use him for U-Haul business or auto repair neither would I refer him.

Connor CThe tire was low of air when we got to my house which is 3 miles away from the business. we went back the next morning and they would only air up the tire. they would not repair. we had to go 700 miles airing up the tire every 150 miles the tie would go from 65 lbs to 30 lbs. we were worried the entire time
ESTER NI had to return the truck and tow dolly in the gravel surface which led the tow dolly to slide toward one side making it very difficult to un-hook the securing chains. It took me nearly an hour to release the securing chains. No assistance.
Vincent NI was told I couldn’t drop off at the Hilliard, FL location because he was “full.” He told me to drive further north to Kingsland, GA to drop it off. That was over 30 minutes out of the way, I was heading south from Hilliard. He told me to call U-Haul for a resolution. That’s poor customer service. I called and got a drop off location an hour south but on my route home. Is that even right, the location was “full?” He had physical room to park a car transporter.
SEAN VWe dropped of the uhaul when the business was closed. I really like that feature. I dropped it off using only my phone.

WARREN WWe were very disappointed in the size of the truck we received vs what we had reserved. There were many of the size we reserved though we were told they didn't have them. We ended up with a 10 foot truck which meant at least 50% more trips which is a big deal when paying for the mileage.

Nicholas HWe paid for a dolly and 12 moving blankets, ever received them truck roof leaked got our mattress wet, and online check in to receive our keys was a nightmare took over an hour because he entered the time to pick up was 2am not 2 pm.
Terry WThe truck was nasty on the interior. Had a severe exhaust leak and a bad slipping transmission. Couldn’t ask for help as it was an app based rental since my original reservation was cancelled at another location due to being overbooked and no equipment

ROBIN AWhen returning online, it would have been helpful to have a notification that says the process will take 2-3 minutes and you'll have to remain by the vehicle. It was POURING rain and the parking location was about 40 yards from the drop box which really sucked.
