The moving men,TJ and Marcus, were the best. Was very pleased with them! As for picking up the truck,the man made me stand in the sun, while I waited for him to finish talking to someone , only to find out he was an employee! I had to ask him again I needed to get the truck, as I had movers coming at 10am! I waited over 10 minutes waiting on him. That was rude and pissed me off!

The location was a small furniture store and did not have any accessories. The pick-up was scheduled for 9am but the store did not open until 10 am. This location was changed by U-haul 2 days before pick up!

I am very disappointed in this location. They told me a price sent me the receipt after I got the van and now I have had two transactions taken out of my account. They are very dishonest with their prices.

Check tires of truck. This truck was dangerous to drive. While driving on freeway, steering wheel bounced like crazy. It was a hard and long drive today.

The driver side seat, driver seating area was small and cramped. Seats don’t adjust. Very uncomfortable. My legs knees and back were so sore and stiff when we stopped for a couple of breaks on a 500 mile drive. Not ideal for long all day drives.

No improvements whatsoever. Jesse and his team made the contract, inspection, rental, and return as smooth as the butter on yesterday’s Thanksgiving dinner rolls. He was kind, progressional, courtesy, and helpful. Jesse epitomized what it means to provide great customer service. Bravo!!

Jessie was very nice and helpful. Very nice and honest businessman. He really helped me out with my Uhaul rental. I will be back if I ever need a rental uhaul.
