Was not my first choice to pick up, but he was great to work with. I had measured a same size trailer before reserving and I believe this one was 2-3 inches narrower at the door opening, but we made it work. Drop off was a breeze.

After I reached my destination, I accidently locked keys in vehicle. Called UHaul in Schererville IN for help, a big UHaul Facility to ask for a duplicate key just to unlock my door willing to pay for tech to come over at break and unlock only 7 miles away. Told me I had to call UHaul road service so I did. Road service wanted $200. Called area pop-a-lock and it cost me $125.... Rented mine at UHaul in Mountain Home AR, good man easy to work with

I would never recommend U-Haul to anyone false advertisement I was told that the truck would cost twenty nine dollars plus ninety nine cents a mile and nothing else then you charge me a twenty to five dollar service cleaning fee when the truck was absolutely dirty None of these fees should have been charged to me because I was not made aware about them at all. False advertisement poor job U-Haul. also, I was having issues at the location with your poor app. Customer service tried to help me didn’t know how to do her job so she hung up on me and didn’t even call back poor job U-Haul also when you tell someone to put away the keys in the dropbox then you shouldn’t ask them to take pictures of the inside of the U-Haul after they’ve already put the keys up. Poor job again U-Haul also you need to learn how to tell people how to properly do the lock code to get the key, you don’t tell them to pull the lever down and slowly until it releases the lock terrible job again U-Haul you are fraud false advertisement you charge more than you say worst company to move with. I will tear you apart to everyone and never recommend you. I go and expecting a bill of $50 and I’m charged over $100 for using a U-Haul for an hour. I drove 15 miles and you charged me for 30 you are fraud. U-Haul get your shit together poor service.

While the Uhaul corporate side of scheduling was frustrating, Elite Lawn Care was great and made everything work out. I will definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thanks!

I called to see if I could drop the equipment at a closer location, but was informed the closer locations couldn't take more 26' trucks.I rent a storage unit at Southwinds storage (uhaul) and I wasn't able to return the equipment where I was unloading the truck! Stupid!

Not a thing needs improvement. Jason was awesome and even fixed the hook-up for lights. I was unaware that a wire had broke. Needed extra days and called and he took care of rest.

Train people that works with the computers an understand everything . Elite lawn cares young woman was very pleasant the computer gave her a hard time wouldn't come up.slow connection I would say.she did a good job.
