There was a problem in timing between Elite RV Storage and U-Haul. I was told it was open until 2:30 p.m. and the operator was about ready to go out the door when we arrived at 2 p.m. We barely caught her. She was very kind and took the time to get everything set up for us to bring the trailer to Orofino for you folks, though she had been ready to leave.
Nancy BSuper easy process. Very glad the caller confirmed what I needed for light hookup and hitch size. That would have been a bummer to show up and realize I needed an adapter that I didn't have. I am sure U-Haul had options to buy, but was still grateful for heads up a couple days prior.

KENNETH FGet the Rays diesel and automotive shop location fixed. That is where our location was changed to in the middle of the week and it isn’t open on weekends. So our moving started an hour later because people had to get that figured out. And I also rented a dolly to help us and there wasn’t one available after all that mix up. It was very disappointing.
ERIC JThe drop off was not easy. It was Sunday, no one was there, thats fine but the use of the Kiosk was too hard to understand . Down loading the app was a nightmare. The site was clean and easy to get to.

Rick DI have to say navigating through the app was very difficult. It took me 20 minutes once we got to the U-Haul location. The app had a ton of logic issues and had to leave the app and go back in multiple times just to complete. I should strongly suggest testing the app to ensure users can get passed each screen without any errors. If I had to rent again and could only use the app I would not rent.

Brad MI rent U-Haul equipment often. Maybe increase the inventory at this location so more options are available for local rentals. Otherwise it’s perfect.

Marcene GWas not open on the day I was set to drop off and there was a 20 dollar fee for after hours. These locations have no idea what the other one is doing and they don't care. Again was a total joke start to finish
