Don't tell the customer they don't have to do the online return and you will check the truck in for them then charge fees without even looking at the truck, including 7 gallons of fuel when At Most it was a gallon lower than when rented and an unnecessary cleaning fee. The next customer came and left in the truck before I even left the parking lot and NOBODY came out to inspect the truck before they left.
