My negative answers really have nothing to do with the drop off , more has to do with the fact I was supposed pick the trailer up there originally but they were closed even though I had an appointment to pick up there.Matthew R.

The owner was personable and our experience was very pleasant. He explained everything, making sure we didn't need anything else. The check out and in of the the truck was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this location and I would use it again in the future!Patrick M.
It would have made the pickup easier if the trailer was ready when I arrived, it still was snow covered when I arrived, as well as surrounded by snow banks. I ended up doing most of the trailer hookup myself.Jason V.

Not lie to them, for starters...I was told that if I returned the trailer early, I would be refunded part of my fee, which wasn't true. Oh, and by the way, it was the OWNER who told me that.Christina M.

I used my debit card to pay and instead of using a machine, one employee read the numbers aloud to another who wrote them down. The following day, 200 miles from home, my card was shut off because of attempts all day by computer hackers to breach my bank account. We had no way to get money for gas and had to borrow money to return. I thought something was weird the way they worked with the card. Now I feel that they were definitely involved in the attempted bank account theft. What would YOU think?Scot B.

When I returned it the fuel level was at the same level when I rented it however I was charged an additional $16 on top of the fuel I put in. I don't plan on renting another one any time soon. Very disappointed.Paul S.
