Truck was in great shape but I have to say the steering could use some love

The app was a nightmare. I had no idea how much time it would take just to get registered to pickup the truck. Then the lock where the key was at was stuck. It was very stressful. But the truck was very clean and ran well and the seats were surprisingly comfortable!

Not a single thing. The equipment was so clean, even the rubber floor mats were clean and wiped down. The team was attentive and friendly. Overall, a VERY positive experience and this will be the only place I rent from in the future. Great job!

When I went to pick up the truck it had me put in my drivers license and verify my info then it gave me a notification that my pickup was on hold while yall verified the things on your end. You should really make it so that has to be done when reserving the U-Haul not at pickup. I was on a tight schedule and that made me later than I needed to be.
