Anthony TWhen I went to pick up the truck it had me put in my drivers license and verify my info then it gave me a notification that my pickup was on hold while yall verified the things on your end. You should really make it so that has to be done when reserving the U-Haul not at pickup. I was on a tight schedule and that made me later than I needed to be.

THOMAS MRemote check in was a nightmare. Location was closed during the day. Called for support twice and was hung up on. Vehicle was old and had less than the amount of gas it reported. Location was good but otherwise would Not recommend.

JAMES SThe female and young male who supplied my customer service were kind and caring and I appreciated that. The truck I received ran poorly and raised concerns on would it make it to my six hour destination. It did make it but shortly before I dropped it off it died at an intersection raising my stress level. Please retire that vehicle.

WILLIAM SI checked in after hours, so I didn’t see the space or interact with the personnel. The location looks well stocked, but I can’t speak to their service. I will say that there was not “lot” to speak of in which to leave my unit after hours and I didn’t feel 100% certain that the staff would be happy with where Inparked the vehicle.

SARAH KEquipment was great- clean and easy to use. Didnt realize there was a location much closer to us then where we had been going. However. I was not impressed with the political signage at the front desk or the fact the employees were supposed to be helping us but they were to busy having a full conversation with another guest while scanning our ID’s, and getting our keys. Will continue to use the different location for our moves.
