Charged me for 3 trailers when I only rented two. On top of that, I’m pretty sure I was overcharged. We called the other day and they said a 5x8 box trailer was around $25 for the day and I was charged $57 with the $9 insurance. They only had one with working lights, so I requested the 5x9 open trailer and she said it was a slight up charge. That trailer came up to $74 with the $9 insurance. I know weekend prices are more expensive, but I didn’t know it was double the price. My bank is showing I rented two box trailers and one open trailer which comes to a total of about $190.

TREVOR WHorrible, horrible, horrible app pickup. Had a crew waiting on me but couldn’t get the app to authorize pickup. I tried chat and didn’t get a quick response then I called in and talked to Ronni she was very helpful and nice but had to send me to another department for assistance. Finally reached Olivia on chat and was told that since my DL was a different state than pickup location I had to have a verification. My wife was packing and moving stuff and didn’t have her phone in hand. I reserved in person from Miss Anita (very helpful and nice) so my DL, CC, and other info was taken in person by an agent. Needless to say I wasted an hour of valuable time on what should’ve been at most a 5 minute process.

Jerad VIn the past, I’ve had a lot of poor experiences with UHaul and had vowed to never return….primarily due to the poor level of on site customer service both at the pickup and drop off locations. However, this experience was excellent. The Elkins mini storage was super easy and helpful during the pickup process. I would return based on my new experience.

ryan bI don't even know where to start. I purposefully made myself wait a week to cool off to complete this. Why go through a "reservation" process when it means nothing? People plan their move around the transport which includes finding help to load/unload, utility shut offs and ons. I was relieved that the truck ran well and was clean however that's the only positive in this move compared to the last time I moved and used Uhaul back in 2014.
Kari CGretchen she was so awesome hey I've been in a lot of U-Haul places and I must say she is the friendliest employee I ever ever came in contact with if I could give her 10 Stars I would that's my U-Haul of choice now I will go there because like I said she is great at customer service thank you a lot!
marcus bEvery online rental request, I chose Elkins, AR as my drop off location. When I pulled up my reservation, it said my drop off location was Hampton, AR.
Alex KI had excellent assistance from the manager. I did a last minute rental and got what I needed. He was very polite and had interesting stories that were entertaining that helped pass the time while the rental process at the location was completed.

Buddy CDavid is an absolute gentleman! excellent service! Uhaul however... I was supposed to drop my trailer in Starke, Florida but the drop off location didn't want it so I was going to tow it home but the trailer had a bad bearing so I had to leave it in Tampa. I got charged another $125!...i only got half that back. Nobody at Uhaul seems to understand such a simple matter to settle. Then they changed my reservation for the next trailer and called me the day before pickup and threatened to cancel my reservation. I had to deal with that. Then your system wouldn't print my contract causing more delay... Uhaul makes me want to buy my own trailer but David is so nice to deal with that ill hold off.
