My gripe with this location has to do with the U-haul app. NOTHING on the app directs you to see an attendant when renting a trailer. I have been hauling trailers for most of my life and very capable of hooking and unhooking them. I should not have to seek an employee out for them to do their job. There is nothing at this location to identify U-haul’s association with this place.
