A $30 fuel charge is excessive for a 2 gallon purchase of gasoline.
William BI was supposed to pick up the Uhaul at 10 am when they opened. They did not arrive to open the store until 10:20am. He had the key in a lock box with a code outside. However, that was never communicated to me and we would have had no way to know that. The tire pressure light was on when getting in the truck. I asked the gentleman and he seemed unbothered and said there was probably just a malfunction with the sensor.
BRIAN DOwner of the company showed up 30 min late for my appointment. Didn't do a walk around of the vehicle. Just handed me the keys. Cab was dirty with a cigarette butt in the cup holder.

IBREHIM HThe folks were pretty helpful. I had a hard time backing the trailer and the gentlemen came and helped me, basically removed the trailer and guide the trailer into the parking slot. The guy inside close-out my ticket and that was it. I did call ahead to find out the hours and if I was able to drop off the trailer before the due date. Easy & quick.
CHANTHY HIt would help if you have someone professional working at the location. It would also help if they actually were there on time and had the items that were paid for during the time of the reservation.

April SNo signage about where to park it. Went in to find out where to put it, and was told over on the side. Didn't ask who I was. I insisted on some form of proof that I actually returned on time. That was sent ok. I went outside to park it , but this area is on a slope and was afraid it would roll. Also could not get hitch off ball by myself so went back in for help, which was then provided. I have rented many times from UHaul and usually very clear where to pull up, and usually they come out to help or they unhitch for you, and don't have to ask for receipt. Return was ultimately ok but not like all the other facilities.
James BService person did not know which vehicles were parked in which locations. Identities on the key fobs do not easily translate to identifiable markings or plates on trucks. Vehicle cargo bay floor was strewn with broken glass and metal shavings. Vehicle rear roll-up door would not stay in open position. Vehicle only had ~50 miles of fuel in it when received. Service person was polite and helpful. Return of vehicle was simple and straight-forward.

George OTeach employees how to hook up trailers, said if i came back by a certain point, I'd have assistance then they were like I'm the only one here so you've got this right? No I don't have this, it's why I'm here with plenty of time to get help. Put a note and lock the doors if you have to, you said be back by 8 and I was there at 7.

When go to my location the store was closed and l had to wait 20 to 30 minutes out side. l call Uhal they called store. They finally open the door..

JOSEPH VSee my previous review. Almost forgot, I had to pay an extra $100 dollars to drop the trailer off in Anderson instead of driving 40 miles to Greenville, SC.
WARREN HDiscourteous. Not helpful. Parking area was junky and did not have room to properly park trailer.
RANDALL WCX person was friendly at time of rental. Scheduled me to Drop off location was conveniently located near my house. Truck was in great shape and clean.

MADALYN TThe location was understaffed. There was an extremely long line, the parking lot was chaotic, the employee was very helpful but he was just one person doing the job of multiple people.
Kaitlyn BI still need help - because I am over charged, I returned as it was with no damage - they charged me $84 which I need a refund. You have the worst employee/attendant there. they don't check with with you. the mileage number was is incorrect, I told the need to fix it, I gave them a picture and they sent me a text that they will take care of it when I get back and they did not. I have a proof. There is a serious issue here. Originaly I requested a different location, your system keeps sending me to that location, which I know location is not safe

Michael KThe customer service rep was very nice. The truck was clean and the size requested was available and easy to get to and park when returning. We were however overcharged. We made sure to have the vehicle returned 15 mins before due time- however it wasn’t entered into the computer until 4 hours later, charging us for another day. Plus our deposit was not returned or noted on the final receipt. I did call customer service and they opened a dispute. Still waiting on the results.

Beth PWe scheduled for 9 am pick up my husband checked with the guy the day before just to confirm, he said used the code cause it’s just me and my mom and we don’t get in till 10 am so my husband said he will just come in at 10 am and the guy said it’s just best to use the code all you have to do is download the app and it will give you the code. We showed up to get the truck and auto transport at 9:00 am, the truck was blocked by another truck and it was facing a fence that was filled with cars like a junk yard section of cars and the auto transport was parked in a spot at the grocery store section but cars are constantly by it because they have to drive by to get through needless to say the code didn’t work it was not generating a code we call Uhaul and the rep said you have to pay for it in person not using app despite everything we said the guy said and my husband said it’s okay we will just be back at 10 when they open she said oh they don’t open at 10 they open at 12 pm, today that is what the hours are listed as, the said said she had to be book the order for pickup at noon because it had a 9 am pickup (duh that is what it was scheduled for). Than she said I’ll give you a $50 discount for the inconvenience, $50 dollars for a 3 hour inconvenience are you kidding me… When people reserve a vehicle it’s just for that reason so they are able to get it during The time scheduled but a delay is an extreme inconvenience because you don’t know what people have planned or when they need to move out etc., it is scheduled for a reason because it is needed, my husband didn’t show up home with truck and auto transport til 1:00 pm after dropping him off because of course now there were 2 trucks blocking the truck we needed in, and the lot was crowded with people and other cars so the auto transport was difficult to get to we live less than 5 mins away from the uhaul reserved location; this delayed set out whole schedule back and I would definitely not recommend this location to anyone if was a horrible experience for a very important planned day that turned into a long delay. If you had to wait that long for a pick up after scheduling, and confirming the day below how would you feel about? Checking the vehicle in too 30 mins the guy took a person call and than came back and said oh your checked in…. Really so after all that it took 30 Mins to get Check it - this was a horrible experience and Uhaul needs to check these locations and or information from customer service cause this was horrible but here’s a $50 discount off your bill… horrible

DARRELL BThis location was the second location I was sent to after the 1st location was at an abandoned storage facility that had not been renting uhauls and not a safe area for uhauls to send people to. The second location I was sent The store staff was kind however trailer was not at above location. I understand why as they have had theft in the area but feel it could have been related upon reservation that the trailer would be in a dark lot with lots of vehicles and have to maneuver around vehicles after meeting them at this location which was not the designated pick up location. Uhaul did not have good corespondents with the locations. The second location was friendly it was just out of the way.

Roberta RAs I was backing the truck in, Jamycah came out from the adjacent grocery, introduced himself, and offered to pull the truck into its proper spot. After he parked the truck, I asked him for the mileage and volume of gas, which he confirmed. He was very polite and parked the truck much better than I would have.
