Over charged for gas and added insurance coverage charge which was not ordered. This has happened second time.

HARJINDERPAL SIt was not clear that there was an extra fee for returning trailer after hours. There should not be any extra fees since the return is done entirely by the customer.
Danielle CI ordered five moving blankets. According to the U-Haul location they did not offer that service. I picked up the vehicle in a reasonable fashion but the gas gauge was on empty before I crossed the first major street, highway 10. The cargo area was not clean so I had to sweep it before loading. I don't believe I will be requiring services from this location ever again.

Ramzan MSnow was piled up on the truck. Lot of dust and snow salt in the cargo. Not ready to use the truck right away. I had to clean all the dust and snow and finally I could drive out. I spend extra over 30 min for the pick up. No any instructions at all. I didn’t know where to park my car. No workers told me where to park. I spend over 1hour wasted for waiting and figure out for the pick-up and drop-off process Not friendly phone calling manner. Just like the worker is somewhere in the earth and do the phone and do the customer all the shits

Armando SThere was an issue with the trailer. Due to that that the protective undersheet of my car suffered a damage. Person at the drop off location was really helpful but he forgot to take the chains out of my car. I hope UHaul can partially help me with the damage caused to my vehicle due to the UHaul trailer and the personnel. Also, the equipment was returned on Aug 14th but the receipt says that it was returned on Aug 15th which is completely unacceptable. Thanks!
