The location was changed from 152 East drive to this location without informing me. Uhaul couldn’t even send me a simple email or text stating that the location has been changed and never explained the reason. The CSR at the 152 East drive location was not helpful and accommodating. There were so many trucks at that location and they simply sent us to the other location without giving us the proper address and I had to figure out by myself. They wasted so much of our time. I chose the east drive location because it was closer to my house not just the Uhaul head office to change it without even informing me?
