The trailer had a water leak near the rear and so a bunch of my items were wet after it rained.

Start out with a full tank of gas. I lost $50 in gas by starting out with a 1/4 tank. It's impossible to bring it back with a 1/4 tank.
ALFRED LThis location was so sketchy. I’m glad I brought my father in law to pick up the truck and not my wife. We were supposed to pick up from A Storage Depot, but our pick up location was changed and no one notified us. We never got a call from uhaul the day before like we were supposed to. It took almost 1.5 hours to pick up the truck which was extremely frustrating.
William BFirst off THIS was NOT my original pickup spot but after the transit rep Michelle changed it and I was not notified in ANY way until I arrived for pickup. I finally get to endurance and we had to search the property with a manager in the line because the location specified for the truck pickup is NOT accurate and it’s not clear and the lock box is hidden on the gate. Pickup was horrible in this stressful move.

Gale LBlankets were missing, was told they were "stolen", Truck was parked in a tree so it was hard to inspect it, no one was around and it took me an hour to finally find someone to help me and find the dolly I had ordered.
Patrick MI think the issues I experienced were with U-Haul and not the location. 1) My pickup location was moved to a location further away and I was not informed. I spent hours rectifying that situation. 2) The moving blankets I ordered were not onsite. I was given three blankets that were onsite. One was dirty, one was a partial blanket with tape and several holes and the last one was wet. 3) I completed the online check-in prior to arriving. This was a waste of time. There was no record of me uploading my driver's license or my selections. I did not chose the insurance. It was added anyway and very difficult to remove. 4) The gentleman that assisted me was professional and diligent. I truly feel he did the best he could with the situation that U-Haul placed him in.

DONALD TIf I could give a negative rating I would. The pickup experience was HORRIFIC. Our truck was the only U-Haul asset visible at the used car dealership in the middle of nowhere.. It was parked in some trees on a dirt road. It was 10 miles out of our way. There was NO CELL SERVICE. Our calls to UHaul, after waiting for 20 minutes on hold were disconnected THREE times. Finally someone called us back It was an unsafe location. I had to stand almost on 322 to get a signal. My original location had many 10' trucks as did another.that we drove by. The truck; the voltage and oil pressure gauges were moving all over the place. The air vents only worked when they felt like it. I want a refund!!!! Do not rent from U-Haul in Williamstown, NJ! A complaint was filed at the drop off location but of course no one from U-Haul has called. A DANGEROUS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Marilyn YFor starters make sure place is open. Got at location to pick up truck n it was closed. Thankfully the owner came over to get us set, he was very nice. Took him over an hr to get there. Pick time was 10:30 git in truck at 12:40. The truck ran well, interior was clean but outside was pretty beat up.

Thomas lOnce I found the U-Haul office, everything was ready, and the lady was very gracious and informative. However, the office is in the back (left side) of the cluster of buildings, but no sign directs you there.
