It opened a little late I didn’t pick this location but it worked out fine

Guy in store was very rude! Back of truck was dirty red dirt all over the floor of truck. And it smelled disgusting! Man in store did terrible job sweeping it out after I complained. Red dirt was still all over floor and I need to move light colored furniture. Me and my son in law took turn sweeping truck out so back of truck was usable. Dollies were not on the back of the truck. Too much work to pick up truck, all the pictures , store clerk need pictures. How process frustrating should have just went to U-Haul lot to avoid the hassle. Would not pick up from this location again because of the store clerk and dirty truck. Disappointing experience!

The owner was rude When returning the truck he was not there and the other rude lady acted like she couldn’t help and was being smart The man charged me for 26 hours instead of the 24 I asked for after he told me I could only rent for 6 hours which I knew was a lie I came back the day after I dropped the truck off because he still didn’t check it in told me he had 24 hours to check it in which was another lie so I got pissed n said I’m calling corporate and soon as I said that he decided to check it in This man is a snake Don’t recommend anyone to do business with him

I was told by the store manager that he would return my truck in the app if I missed it for an additional $20. I was charged for 2 days instead of 1 and the price doubled from what the original quote was

There is some inconsistency among satellite locations and the ease of pickup. Comparing this to my last pickup in April. A bit more complicated this time but we got through it.
